I am Katie Mason, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I am the owner of Coastal Biofeedback and Counseling, located in Gulfport, Mississippi. I specialize in biofeedback, a science-based approach that works directly with the nervous system rather than relying solely on traditional talk therapy. I work with adults to heal chronic anxiety, stress, and burnout by integrating biofeedback technology with holistic mind-body medicine.
